Code of Ethics

Business ethics present a challenge and a managerial test. The management of Shaneev-Sasatek commits to leading the company according to the standards set in the ethical code, serving as a model of personal integrity, fairness, and transparency, and guiding all actions and behavior on personal, professional, and organizational levels.

Principles of the Ethical Code:

Compliance with the Law The company and its employees are committed to maintaining legal business activities. The company’s policy is to adhere to the laws of Israel and international laws related to the company or its business operations in any country it operates. Beyond the legal obligation to comply with the law, the company also strives to lead and set an example for other companies, as a result of its sense of social responsibility.

Respect for Others Every employee in the company enjoys basic fundamental rights and must be treated with respect, equality, and appreciation. Every employee is entitled to freedom of thought, conscience, religion, and expression, as long as it does not harm the feelings or rights of other employees. Shaneev employees must avoid any form of rude, violent, or threatening behavior towards other employees in the company, including sexual harassment and physical or verbal violence, and any activity that could create a hostile, offensive, and insulting atmosphere. “Decency comes before business!”

Protection of Company Assets We are committed to protecting and enhancing the company’s financial, material, reputation, and intellectual property assets from any damage, theft, or loss. The use of company resources will be solely for the promotion of the company’s objectives. The information within the company is a principal and essential asset, and it is confidential and will not be transferred to a third party without authorization. We will not use internal information for personal preference or to achieve personal gains – direct or indirect. We will avoid any conflict of interest with the company, and if unavoidable, we will notify in advance and act according to the company’s instructions.

Integrity and Fairness

Shaneev-Sasatek is committed to integrity and fairness towards its employees, customers, and suppliers.

  • Fairness towards employees:
    We will respect agreements between employees and the company and vice versa. We will maintain open and courteous communication where listening and dialogue are central elements. We will allow and promote the personal and professional development of our employees. Termination of an employee’s employment will always be conducted properly – if necessary, with assistance for continued personal and professional success.

  • Towards customers and suppliers:
    We will treat our customers and suppliers with equality and fairness. We will respect every customer and address all their needs as a client. We will provide a quick, courteous, and professional response to every customer inquiry. We will act with full transparency and will not distort information. Personal or business information provided to us by the company’s customers and suppliers represents a declaration of trust in us. We will not break this trust and will not allow the transfer of information to other parties. Business engagements will always be based on fair and relevant criteria (professionalism, price, quality, etc.). We are committed not to give or receive bribes, not to offer or agree to receive bribes, and not to make or accept illegal payments that have a corrupt intent.

  • Towards competitors:
    We strive to lead the market through the quality of our products and services while adhering to fair competition rules.

  • Social Responsibility
    We operate with warmth, care, and a desire to contribute to the prosperity of the periphery – our centers of activity in Israel. The health, safety, and environment of the community in which we operate are always our top priority, and we act accordingly, following the law and beyond. We view environmental quality as a social value, and when planning new projects, we consider their social and environmental implications.
